Refund Policy

Because all TradingBuddy products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Digital products
  • Software license keys
  • Subscriptions
  • Renewals
  • Early cancellations

Recurring Subscriptions

When canceling a recurring subscription, you retain access until the end of the current paid period. No refunds are provided for the remaining time.

It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription on time to avoid unwanted renewals. We send email reminders, but you remain responsible for managing your subscription.

Legal Exception

Refunds will only be provided if required by Dutch or EU law.
