These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TradingBuddy and all related services provided by Limitless DEV BV. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products and Services

We provide:

Digital products
Software license keys
Subscription services
Trading-related tools
Educational content

All products are delivered digitally.

Subscriptions & Billing

We offer two purchase options:

Recurring subscriptions: automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly or annually) until you cancel
One-time purchases: single payment for the chosen period (1 month, 3 months or 1 year), without automatic renewal

Cancellation:

You can cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your account
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund already paid periods
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period

Pricing may change; active subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance.

License Keys

Licenses are personal and non-transferable
Reselling or sharing license keys is prohibited
Abuse may result in suspension

TradingBuddy provides tools and analytics for educational purposes. We do not provide financial, trading, or investment advice.

Refund Policy

All sales are final due to instant digital delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

User Responsibilities

Users must not:

Share accounts or licenses
Reverse-engineer the software
Attempt to bypass security
Use the platform for illegal activities

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Trading losses
Financial damages
System delays
Incorrect data or missed alerts
Indirect or consequential damages

Trading involves significant risk. Users accept full responsibility.

Termination

We may suspend accounts for:

Fraud
Chargebacks
License abuse
Security violations
